Only a Matter of Time

A villain that is quiet the unknown to many over shadowed by many of the vastly popular characters in Batman's Rogues Gallery. Temple Fugate better known as the Clock King is another of my favorite of Batman's foes. Like the Riddler and Mad Hatter he's more about wits and precision. Doesn't hurt that Alan Rachins provided the voice in the animated series.

With this piece tried for a more retro feel whether that comes through I'll let you decide. Anyways hope ya dig it.
