S. Nutcracker Clara

Oh Clara, she was just tons of fun to both re-imagine and design. When designing Clara I decided to give her a more defined personality, I enjoy strong female leads. Which I feel Clara has the potential to be but has always been more of a gateway character. Her purpose for the original story was more of a reflection for the audience and place themselves into her role. Experiencing the wonder that surrounded her, and I wanted to maintain that integrity but I wanted her to not run in fear of the Rat King but take a swing at him.

I decided to make her a bit of a gear head and apprentice of the Judge whom invented the Nutcracker. One who marvels over all technologies and constantly tinkers away in her own workshop.
